Stop And Search features two well-known characters from the movie "The Wizard of Oz." We can see Dorothy and her dog Toto standing next to a police officer who is searching her basket. It's a reference to the stop and search policy which allows a police officer to stop and search people at any time. Dorothy is an innocent girl with a good heart. In the movie she runs away from home because her family wants to euthanize her dog. She could be a symbol for refugees who try to find a better life by fleeing their homes. The police officer searching Dorothy's basket represents how we as a society perceive immigrants as a threat to our way of life.
